Updates Jeannine III Wind and Location Report Winds from the north, northeast at 20 knots. This is a dramatic change from the direction and speed thus far into the race. At this time Torresen Marine / ChicagoMackinac.com shore spotters noted that while the spinnakers were in use just an hour earlier off of Manistee, by this time they had all been dropped. Twister, Erleichda and Rumors were in their general area of Jeannine III. (approx. 4:00 PM EST, July 15)
